I am a different person than I was last time I took this path.

BALANCE YOUR BODY MIND AND SPIRIT AND START YOUR DAY WITH PURPOSE.

HOW TO CENTER

RUB YOUR PALMS TOGETHER BRISKLY UNTIL YOU FEEL WARMTH AND CAN FEEL A SLIGHT MAGNETIC FIELD WHEN YOU BRING YOUR PALMS CLOSE TOGETHER.

BREATHING DEEPLY START BY PLACING YOU PALMS LIGHTLY ON OR ABOVE YOUR CROWN ASKING FOR GOD'S DIVINE LOVE & ENERGY TO FILL YOU WITH LIGHT.

Your crown is what connects you with the ethereal.  If your crown chakra is overactive and scattered or under active and blocked you will have a hard time feeling connected to spiritual things and to your divine nature.

FEEL WARMTH AND LIGHT POURING INTO YOUR BODY THROUGH THE CROWN AND FILLING YOUR BODY WITH A GOLDEN WARM LIGHT.

FEEL THE ENERGY IN YOUR PALMS LIGHTLY BALANCE WITH THE ENERGY IN YOUR CROWN.  WHEN YOU CAN FEEL THE ENERGY IN YOUR PALMS THROUGH YOUR CROWN MOVE ON TO THE THIRD EYE.

PLACE YOUR HANDS GENTLY OVER YOUR EYES.  THE PALMS LIGHTLY OVER THE EYES AND THE FINGERS EXTEND TO COVER THE THIRD EYE CHAKRA.  DO NOT PRESS ON THE EYES. BREATH IN AND OUT THROUGH YOUR 3rd EYE.  VISUALIZE LIGHT ENERGY FLOWING THROUGH YOU.

PICTURE LIGHT COMING STRAIGHT FROM THE HEAVENS LIKE MOLTEN GOLD POURING INTO YOUR CROWN AND OUT THROUGHOUT YOUR WHOLE BODY AS YOU INHALE,  SEE IT BURSTING THROUGH EACH CHAKRA AS YOU EXHALE.

FOCUS FIRST ON SEEING THE LIGHT ENERGY FLOWING OUT OF YOUR 3rd EYE.  Breathe Deeply.

CLEAR YOUR MIND AND FOCUS ON CONSCIOUSLY LETTING GO OF WORRY AND TRUSTING IN THE DIVINE TO LEAD AND INSPIRE YOUR THOUGHTS AND ACTIONS TODAY.  PICTURE THE WORRY FLOATING AWAY LIKE SMOKE WHEN YOU EXHALE.


3rd EYE Represents Intuition and inspiration.  A clouded or blocked third eye  has a hard time making decisions, trusting or feeling spiritual promptings.

WHEN YOU FEEL LIGHT AND ENERGY FLOWING FREELY MOVE ON TO YOUR THROAT CHAKRA

PLACE YOUR HANDS LIGHTLY OVER YOUR THYROID. ( LOWER JAW AND UPPER THROAT.)


INHALE AND FEEL THE LIGHT AND ENERGY UNTIL IT IS ACCEPTED AND RECIPROCATED IN YOUR THROAT CHAKRA.

Throat Chakra represents SPEAKING YOUR TRUTH.  The truth will set you free and when you are free to speak truth you can speak it with boldness and not friction.  You feel confident empowered and unapologetic, for pure truth is for the good of all whether they are ready to accept it or not.  You will be more in tune with your secondary compensatory emotions like anger or jealousy, and be free to see and speak the root of your emotions.

NEXT PLACE BOTH HANDS OVER YOUR HEART.  THIS IS THE MOST POWERFUL BRAIN CENTER.  BREATHE LOVE AND LIGHT INTO YOUR HEART AND SEE IT HEALING CRACKS AND BLASTING AWAY DEFENSIVE HEART WALLS.

While both hands are over heart repeat this mantra until you feel peaceful calming reassurance of love and empowerment.  Envision being in the arms of a loving embrace.

"SHIELDS UP!"

(While saying this last line, "SHIELDS UP!", run your right hand from your 3rd eye up and over your crown and back to the base of your brain stem.  Have you ever watched the movie Iron Man?  When Mr. Stark says Shields up the invincible shield appears and rapidly covers and protects his body.  Picture Glistening armor of energy and light covering your head, down your arms, torso, and legs and feet until you are completely protected by this semi permeable energy shield that only allows love and light in and rejects all darkness, negativity or offense.

(Say "Shields Up" throughout the day when you feel off center)


His love is so powerful that when we accept and call upon it's shield it deflects all others lack of love or incapacity of it.

When we ourselves do or say things that harm or spirit or if someone else outside of our control does we are wounded until we let the power of love heal our hearts through repentance and forgiveness. And after we break the walls of a hardened defensive heart we soften our hearts and accept the love and healing He is sending.

When our walls are broken and our hearts are soft then our energy can permeate and project through our aura to heal and empower ourselves and others.  There is nothing more attractive than light energy bursting unfiltered through a cleared and open heart!

SOLAR PLEXUS-  This is where are your emotions are processed.  If it is tender to the touch or enflamed there are most likely trapped emotions that need to be released.

SACRAL- Now we are getting down to the base natural man chakras that most function in.

ROOT- Root Chakra ties us here to earth.  Base needs like food, sleep, and making money.

Many of us live in our lower Chakras.  When we allow ourselves to do or view things that damage our upper chakras they become blocked and we are funcioning on the lower 3 chakras of mortality.
